In 2005 Zafferano underwent an exciting refurbishment, much
to the delight of its patrons.
A unique private dining room was created in
the vaults of the wine cellar, which has become a firm favourite for
sophisticated diner parties during the week. At weekends the focus changes
and drawing on the Italian love for the family, the private dining room
transforms into a children’s room with cartoons, kids movies and serving focaccia and fresh pizza, allowing parents to enjoy the peace and quite of a
long Sunday lunch in the upstairs restaurant. To see a selection of
